Are Baked Lays Potato Chips Better?


They have about 16% fewer calories — fewer calories and less fat but they are still empty calories. They have reduced fat and calories by baking as well as using processed potato flakes instead of potatoes. The dubious “edible vegetable oil” which is transfats is still in the ingredient list.

Bottom Line: If you really need to crunch then these are ok once in a while but just remember — there is nothing nutritionally good in its ingredients which are almost the same as regular chips.
